Batik

Originally an ancient Indian tradition, Batik is a great workshop for older children from 10 years to teens.

This workshop offers something a bit different than the norm, introducing children to fabric and the different ways of creating designs, using different techniques.

The Instructor will talk through the equipment and how it is used before taking them through the process and demonstrating the skills involved. Then it's up to the children to have a go at their designs.

Batik is a fun educational experience which every child will benefit from!
